Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to the Platform and all associated gaming and betting services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. six8s reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with six8s, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. six8s enforces a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of six8s complies with the laws of your country, state, or territory.
• You are registering under your own true identity and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing account with six8s. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee of six8s or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of such a person.

six8s facilitates real-money gaming through a range of local and international payment methods. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). six8s does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via b Kash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your account within minutes of confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. six8s does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in your name.
• six8s reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• Deposits made in error or without completion of the payment flow should be reported immediately to [email protected]. six8s will investigate and, where appropriate, credit or reverse the transaction.
• six8s does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly. Your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which six8s bears no responsibility.

All funds held in your six8s account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. six8s is not a financial institution and your account balance should not be treated as a savings or investment vehicle.

Players must use the six8s Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent identity or KYC verification process.
• Operating more than one account, whether individually or in coordination with another person.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to fix the outcome of a game, event, or betting market, or exploiting any software bug, error, or loophole for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the Platform for any money laundering or fraud-related activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six8s staff, other players, or any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.

six8s actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, six8s will act promptly to protect the integrity of the Platform and other players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six8s and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Without limiting the foregoing, six8s specifically excludes liability for:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications disruptions.
• Losses incurred as a result of placing wagers on the Platform, including losses arising from the natural variance of casino games or sports betting outcomes.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Content provided by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) which is subject to those providers' own terms, licences, and technical limitations.

You may close your six8s account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

six8s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by six8s.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction directing six8s to close the account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. six8s will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally before formal proceedings are initiated. Players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance.

six8s will use reasonable endeavours to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other interim relief.
